Anytime Apple Salad Enjoy this refreshing salad anytime of the year for a healthy alternative to mayonnaise based salads. It works great for any meal of the day or a pot luck dish that will quickly become the favorite.
Ingredients:
- 3 Gala or Fugi applies cut into squares with the skin or peeled
- 1 cup of vanilla yogurt
- A dash of cinnamon
- ½ cup of pecans or slicked walnuts (optional)
- 1 cup of dried cranberries
Note: For more of a dessert salad:
Add a cup of marshmallows
Mix all ingredients and chill. It is sure to be a family favorite!
