Jenn's Edamame Salsa SaladHere's a yummy cold salad with a southwestern flare!
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of frozen Edamame (shelled)
- 1/2 bag frozen white corn
- 1/2 bag frozen yellow corn
- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1/2 jar chunky salsa
- 1/2 bottle Italian dressing
- 1 splash of soy sauce (optional)
Directions:
- Mix ingredients in a sealable container and refrigerate overnight
- Serve chilled with tortilla or pita chips.
- Or enjoy as a cold bean salad.
Note: Picture shown with 1/4 size tomatoes and parsley.
