Chicken A L'OrangeIngredients
- Boneless Chicken
- 1 can mandarin oranges & its juice
- ¼ tsp. basil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. garlic
- ¼ tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
- Sesame Seeds
- Option: Fresh or Canned Pineapple Chunks
Preparation
- Sauté chicken in skillet with olive oil.
- Add mandarin oranges.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Sauté another 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
- To make it sweeter, add pineapple.
