Aunt Sherry's Chocolate Cake
If you ever wanted to know my all-time favorite cake in the world, I would tell you, that hands-down, it is my Aunt Sherry's chocolate cake. I was born in a wonderful town in Southern Mississippi and that is where my family roots are. At every family gathering, I would always look forward to Aunt Sherry's homemade chocolate cake. She says she's been making it since she was a girl. Now, in my family, my husband and children make it for me on my birthday or other special occasions. To me, nothing else compares. I hope you enjoy making one of my family traditions, but remember to follow the directions exactly and don't over bake it! And for the most delicious results, serve it warm!
