Banana PuddingWant to get fit for summer but still enjoy a refreshing, sweet treat??? Well, now you can accomplish both goals with this simple and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes of INSTANT vanilla pudding (fat-free or sugar-free)
- 8 oz. of sour cream (fat free)
- 8 oz of cool whip (fat free)
- 2 cups of milk
- vanilla wafers (reduced fat)
- bananas (sliced)
Mix together the pudding and milk. Add sour cream and half the cool whip. Arrange half the vanilla wafers into a dish. Top with half of the bananas. Pour half of the pudding mixture over all. Repeat the layers and top with the remaining Cool Whip. Mmmm. . .
