Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

My Friend DebbieIngredients:

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 4 cups chopped fresh strawberries
  • 2 Oreo pie crusts (or regular pie crust; picture)
Directions:

Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended.
Add Cool Whip and mix well.
Fold in strawberries.
Place in 2 Oreo pie crusts and freeze.
Prior to serving, garnish with fresh strawberries.
