Quick Meatball Subs I’m always looking for quick and easy dinner solutions for the hungry boys in our family. Once such fast dinner is Meatball Subs, and the whole family likes them.
Ingredients:
- hoagie rolls
- mozzarella cheese
- meatballs cooked in spaghetti sauce
Directions:
- I use prepared meatballs and pour a jar of Prego spaghetti sauce over them in a pot on top of the stove.
- Cook until heated through, or longer if you like.
- Serve onto open faced hoagie bun.
- Top with Mozeralla Cheese.
- Put in the oven to melt cheese and lightly brown.
- Serve and Enjoy!
*Time saving tip: I cook extra meatballs one night and serve with pasta, and then use the left-overs on the Meatball Subs another night.
