Baked Mac and CheeseThis dish is good for anytime and is sure to please everyone.
Ingredients:
- 1 box of elbow macaroni
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- dash of dry mustard
- dash of salt and pepper
- Tbls of flour (any kind)
- 2 Tbls of butter
Directions:
Boil noodles in saucepan until tender but now soggy. Drain and pour into 9 x 13 casserole dish. In another medium saucepan, melt butter and flour, add dry mustard, salt and pepper. Add milk and stir until warm, then add cheese and stir on medium low until cheese sauce forms. Pour over noodles in dish. Sprinkle with additional cheese and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Delicious!! Comfort food at its best!
