Easy Cheesecake 
For a fabulous and light cheese cake this recipe will make your dinner guests glow. It's the 10 minute, whip it together answer for the last minute dinner guests.
Ingredients:
- 1 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 bowl of cool whip
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple (drained well)
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 large graham cracker crust
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and add to a graham cracker crust.
- Serve chilled.
*Substitue 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips with the crushed pineapple for a sligtly heavier dessert but still simple and delicious.
