Smoked Chile ColeslawIngredients:
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's real mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1tsp. ground cumin
- Kosher salt and freshley ground black pepper
- 1 medium head green cabbag, shredded
- 2 large carrots, finely shredded
- 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions:
- Combine mayonnaise with next 5 ingredients to blend.
- Stir in Remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving
