Smoked Chile Coleslaw



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's real mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  •  2 tsp. honey
  • 1tsp. ground cumin
  • Kosher salt and freshley ground black pepper
  • 1 medium head green cabbag, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, finely shredded
  • 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

  1. Combine mayonnaise with next 5 ingredients to blend.
  2. Stir in Remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving
