Gluten-Free Drop BiscuitsIngredients:
- 3 C Brown Rice Flour
- 3 t Aluminum Free Baking Powder
- ¼ t Xanthum Gum
- a pinch of Sea Salt
- 2 Beaten eggs
- 2 Tablespoons (T) of Olive Oil or melted butter
- About 3-4 T of water
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Pour in oil or butter and cut it into the flour with two knives or pastry cutter until the flour looks beady.
- Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
- Add water 1 Tablespoon at a time while stirring until the flour is moisten and sticking together. Do not make it liquidy.
- Take a large serving spoon and spoon the batter onto a greased cookie sheet and placed in the oven for 15 minutes.
*Makes about 12 medium Biscuits
