Roasted TomatoesHere's a delicious and simple tomato recipe!
Ingredients:
- 12 vine-ripe tomatoes, halves or quartered depending on their size.
- 1/4 cup good olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Arrange tomatoes in a single layer on parchment paper on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 1 hour and 15 to 30 min.
