Apple Chicken StewHere's one of the favorite family meals featured in Fight For Family Meal Time.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz bag baby carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 granny smith apples, chopped
- 6-8 boneless chicken breasts
- Dash salt
- Dash pepper
- ½ tsp rosemary
- 4 cups apple cider
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker in this order.
- Cook on LOW for eight hours.
- Serve over rice!
