Oriental Pork ChopsThis recipe is super easy and delicious! My mom used to make it all the time when we were growing up and we all loved it!
Ingredients:
- 4-6 pork chops
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 2 cans French Onion Soup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Place rice on bottom.
- Add pork chops on top of rice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour soup over top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
If you’re having company, make two baking dishes full and everyone will be happy!
