Bean & Chicken BurritosA crock-pot meal is a great dinner for the autumn season! And this great recipe uses things that you can always keep on hand in your pantry!
Ingredients:
- 3 cans white beans, mashed
- 3 cans black beans, (rinsed and mashed)
- 2 packages taco seasoning
- 1 (28 oz.) can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
- 6 cans chunk chicken
- Flour tortilla
- Tortilla chips
- Sour cream
- Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
- Mix the ingredients together and place in your Crockpot on Low, and cook until all ingredients are ready.
- Wrap inside flour tortilla shells to make BURRITOS.
- You can also serve been and chicken filling on top of chips.
- Serve with shredded cheddar on top of the chips or inside the burritos.
- Add sour cream if desired.
Note: You can also put the bean and chicken filling inside the flat tortilla shells to make quesadillas!
