Bean & Chicken Burritos



Bean & Chicken BurritoA crock-pot meal is a great dinner for the autumn season! And this great recipe uses things that you can always keep on hand in your pantry!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cans white beans, mashed
  • 3 cans black beans, (rinsed and mashed)
  • 2 packages taco seasoning
  • 1 (28 oz.) can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
  • 6 cans chunk chicken
  • Flour tortilla
  • Tortilla chips
  • Sour cream
  • Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together and place in your Crockpot on Low, and cook until all ingredients are ready.
  2. Wrap inside flour tortilla shells to make BURRITOS.
  3. You can also serve been and chicken filling on top of chips.
  4. Serve with shredded cheddar on top of the chips or inside the burritos.
  5. Add sour cream if desired.

Note: You can also put the bean and chicken filling inside the flat tortilla shells to make quesadillas!
