Chicken Spaghetti



Spaghetti is a family favorite but, if you are tired of beef why not try chricken in your spaghetti. This is a great and tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 Large boiled chicken, deboned
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • 2 (7-oz) pkg. Vermicelli spaghetti
  • 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can of Mushrooms chopped
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken and debone (saving broth)
  2. Saute onions, pepper, garlic and mushrooms in butter
  3. Boil spaghetti in broth
  4. Drain noodles and return to pot
  5. Stirn in sauteed vegtables, chicken and cheese
  6. Turn off burner but leave over heat for the cheese to melt
  7. Stir in Ro-Tel tomatoes
  8. Good to eat at this point but you can also bake it in a casserole dish at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
